Letter of Intent (LOI)
(Week 3)

Due Diligence
(Weeks 4-15)

Closing the Deal

We’ll finalize the purchase agreement, transfer the funds, and close the transaction. To ensure a smooth transition without business disruptions, a well-planned post-close strategy will be put in place.
