Once we make contact, our first step will be to have a short initial conversation. After that, if mutually agreed upon, the next steps will be clearly laid out and proceed in a quick manner. A typical acquisition can look something like this:

Letter of Intent (LOI)
(Week 3)

If both sides decide to move forward, we’ll prepare and submit a Letter of Intent (LOI). This document will outline the key aspects of our proposed partnership. We’ll work closely with you to agree on terms, ensuring the pricing and deal structure align with your objectives.

Due Diligence
(Weeks 4-15)

Following the LOI, we’ll request detailed information about your business to ensure everything is in place for a successful transaction. This phase will involve thorough documentation and legal steps to finalize the deal.

Closing the Deal
(Week 16)

We’ll finalize the purchase agreement, transfer the funds, and close the transaction. To ensure a smooth transition without business disruptions, a well-planned post-close strategy will be put in place.
